Arthur Webster Brown, age 87, died on Wednesday, March 27 at The Waters of Park Point. He was born in Dows, Iowa. His parents were Thomas Webster and Grace Jane Brown.

Arthur dropped out of Drake University and joined the army before the U.S. was officially at war. After World War II ended, he settled in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he established a real estate agency. He was recognized many times with community awards for his devotion to and love of this city. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Elizabeth, sisters Beatrice, Berniece and Virginia. He is survived by his nieces, Jane Ellen Maddy of Duluth and Sue Luke of Des Moines, Iowa and other nieces and nephews from Iowa. He was very fond of his great nephews, Michael, Joseph, Daniel and Timothy Maddy and their families. MEMORIAL SERVICE: none at his request. He will be cremated and his ashes scattered in the New Mexico area that he loved. Arrangements by Crawford Funeral Service.
