John Thomas “Jack” Deimerly, 60, of Lakeville, Minnesota died Thursday, October 2, 2003. Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, October 7th at St. John’s Catholic Church in Clarion. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion.

John Thomas Deimerly was born December 29, 1942 in Clarion, the son of John and Mary Deimerly. He attended school in Clarion, graduating from Clarion High School. He received a B.A. degree from Buena Vista College. On September 11, 1971, Jack and Karen Templen were united in marriage at Albia. The couple lived in Albia, Rockford, Illinois and Des Moines. They are the parents of three children. Jack was employed as an airline mechanic and inspector for Northwest Airlines. Jack is survived by his wife; one daughter, Lisa; two sons, Eric and Ryan; mother, Mary Deimerly of Clarion; two sisters, Kathy Ahrens and husband, Bill, Mary Newmann and husband, Kevin; four brothers, Jerry and wife, Nancy, Tom and wife, Becky, Pat and wife, Cathy, and Dale and wife, Kim and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John F. Deimerly.
