Neola M. Billman, 78, of Clarion, died Saturday, January 18, 2003 at Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 23 at Willim Funeral Home, 602 North Main Street, Clarion. Pastor Mario Perez will officiated at the 1 p.m. service. Willim Funeral Home of Clarion is in charge of arrangements.
