LEOPOLD YEZEK, 85, DIES HERE; RITES THURSDAY

Leopold F. Yezek, 85, Sylvan Township, died Sunday afternoon at the Collette rest home where he had been under care for 16 days.

Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 9:30 in the Catholic church at Motley, with the Rev. B. E. Retzek officiating. Interment will be at Motley. Friends may call at the Hoenig Funeral home Wednesday.

A retired farmer; Mr. Yezek had lived in Sylvan Township several years. He was born Nov 16, 1860 in Worth county, Iowa.

He is survived by seven children, Frank of Brainerd, Charles of Pillager, and the Mrs. V, M. Wells, Minneapolis; Mrs. John Tobeck, Wheaton, Rose Schildt, Alexandria; Herman Schildt, Beardsley, and C. O. Bruce, Los Angeles, Calif.
