MAN KILLED BY BULL

Albert F. Trettin, 59, former Grafton man, who lived near Rockford, was fatally injured when attacked by an enraged bull at his home at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. He died three hours later at the Cedar Valley Hospital at Charles City, Iowa.

Mr. Trettin was driving the bull into the barn to be shipped when the animal charged and forced him against a cement silo where he was badly crushed.

The Trettin family moved to its present home in 1929.

Surviving are his wife and the following children: Mrs. Carl Schutt (Ella), Mason City, Wesley, of Floyd, Mabel, Alameda, Calif., Edwin, who is serving his country in the navy, Walter, an aviation cadet at Avon Park, Florida, and Harold, George, Marie, and Shirley, at home. A nephew, Orland Graper, also made his home with the family.
