Gerald E. Schultz, 63, of Manly, Iowa, born and educated in Worth County, Iowa, died on Friday, February 10, 1984 at a Mason City hospital.

Funeral services were held on Monday, February 13, 1984 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Kensett, with Rev. H. Peterson officiating. Burial was in the Kensett Cemetery.

Gerald Schultz was born on May 13, 1920 in Worth County, Iowa, the son of Ervin and Anna Kruger Schultz. Mr. Schultz was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Kensett.

He is survived by two daughters, Geralyn M. Williams of California and Marliene, F. Scherable of Duarte, California; one sister. Mrs. Art (Florence) Jones of Otranto; several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
