John J. Rademaker, 77, of Manly, a former Grafton area farmer died Wednesday, November 16, 1983, at a Mason City hospital.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Manly, with Dr. John Meyer officiating. Burial was in the Grafton Cemetery, Grafton.
Mr. Rademaker was born in Franklin County on August 30, 1906, to John H. and Anna (Ihausen) Rademaker. He attended rural Worth County schools and married Dorothy E. Braun on October 19, 1930, in Grafton. They farmed in the Grafton area for 40 years and retired in November, 1970, and moved to Manly.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; two daughters, Dorothy (Jack) Hanna and Mary Ann Chisholm, both of Manly; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Anna Schultz and Helen Braun, both of Northwood, and several nieces and nephews.
