ISABELLE MILLER SWENSRUD

NAPLES, Fla. - Isabelle Miller Swensrud, 92, of Glenview Pelican Bay, died Tuesday (Aug. 31, 1999) in her home

Private graveside services will be in Sunset Rest Cemetery in Northwood.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be given to charity in her name.

Conner Colonial Chapel, 99 Eleventh St. S., Northwood, is in charge of the local arrangements.

Isabelle Miller Swensrud was born October 7, 1906, in Adrian, Michigan. She graduated from Radcliff College in 1928 and was married to Sidney A. Swensrud of Northwood on May 10, 1929.

They lived in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Ligonier, Pa., and Naples, Florida, becoming full-time residents of Naples in 1984. She was a member of the Naples Yacht Club, Hole in the Wall and former member of the Port Royal Beach Club.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Lois S. Reid and her husband, Donald, of Naples, Fla.; her son, Stephen B. Swensrud and his wife, Karen, of South Hampton, N. H., and Naples; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Sidney A. Swensrud, in May 1996.
