Obituaries for Salem North Cemetery

Mrs. Oscar Wiggins (73) died at her home in Bristol 12-7-1934. She is survived by her husband, 3 daughters, 15 grandchildren and several gr-grandchildren.

The funeral was held at the Anderson Funeral Home with Rev. W.J. Witter of Asbury M.E. Church in charge and burial in Hinman Cemetery.

Miss Flora White was born 9-27-1861 at Burr Oak, IA. She came to Bristol with her parents when a young girl and lived a few years at Osage first.

She married Frank Whiting in May of 1878. They had three daughters, Mrs. Beck Dinsmore, Pearl Allen and Francis Kelly.

Mr. Whiting died in April of 1881. As a widow, she moved with her parents and children to Fargo, N.D. to live until she married Oscar Wiggins 3-13-1888 and returned to Bristol to live the rest of her life. She died 12-7-1934.
