Your Stoltze link doesn't seem to work (?) Here is what I need to know: I found your name on the rootsweb site as being a source for Stoltze information in Woodbury County, Iowa. I am interested in Lewis Stoltze b. 1860? in Germany and his wife Hulda b. 1855? Germany (I've also seen her listed as Wilhelmina). They
came to America in 1883, arriving in New York on the sailing ship Hammonia. The ships passenger list also lists a Friedrich? Stoltze (age 82 in 1883) and wife Sophie Stoltze (age 63 in 1883) on the same ship (all family members having sequential numbers. I'm assuming Friedrich (the passenger list actually says Frie.) was the the father of Lewis. Also in that same family group was an 18 year old boy named Wilhelm Stoltze(actually the passenger list has him as Wilh.) I'm assuming he was the brother of Lewis and the son of Friedrich. But this is all guesswork. Lewis and wife Hulda went on to have children: William, Carl, Annie, Martha, Minnie and Edward.

Can you recommend any sources of information for researching the Woodbury records for this family?
Thank you,
Coleen
