adopted grandmother

My deceased, adopted grandmother was born, we believe, in Woodbury county on May 25, 1898. Her birth name was Nellie Johnson. At 5 months of age she was taken to the Christian home in Council Bluffs and adopted by Walter W. and Lucy Wilson. Nellie was given the name of Ina O. Wilson.
We are searching for any information about her.
