Ralph W. Heath, 72, Anthon, died July 22, 1975, at a Sioux City hospital of a brief illness.

Services were held at 10 a.m. July 24 in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Anthon with Rev. J.G. Skahill officiating. Burial was in Mt. St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at Anthon.

Mr. Heath, the son of John and Augusta Jerman Heath, was born November 14, 1902, in Climbing Hill. He lived and farmed near Anthon most of his life. He retired in 1966, lived in Correctionville for six years, and moved to Anthon in 1972.

He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was a past director for Grant Twp. #5 rural school.

Survivors include the widow, seven sons, Kenneth of San Antonio, Texas, John of Phoenix, Arizona, Donald of Grover City, California, Richard of Anthon, Ronnie of Long Beach, California, Dennie of Riverside, California, and Francis of Victorville, California, five daughters, Lila Belle Wynn of Iowa Park, Texas, Mrs. Donald (Norma) Hoffman of White Lake, South Dakota, Mrs. Jay (Ann) Arnold and Mrs. Bill (Delores) Collins, both of Pierson, and Mrs. Sydney (Darlene) Coulas of Edmunton, Alberta, Canada, three sisters, Mrs. Lloyd (Dorothy) Schram of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Mrs. Laurence (Cecil) Baker of Correctionville and Mrs. Eldon (Genevieve) Brown of Anthon, fifty grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, one daughter, one sister and one brother.
