Jacqueline Eugenia "Jackie" Davis, 84, of Sioux City passed away Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022 in Murfreesboro, Tenn., after a long battle with dementia.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Boniface Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday with a Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Jackie was born Jan. 21, 1938, in Sioux City, the daughter of Marvin and Charlotte (Blassl) Leinart. She graduated from Bishop Heelan High School. Jackie married Lester G. Davis Jr. on Sept. 12, 1956. He preceded her in death on May 6, 2003. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church.

Survivors include her brother Ronnie and wife Michelle Leinart of Murfreesboro; niece Ashley Leinart-Ralph; nephews Doug and wife Tara Leinart and Denny Leinart; and sister-in-law Myrna Leinart of Ft. Collins, Colo.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lester Glen Davis Jr.; parents Marvin Ross Leinart and Charlotte Mary (Blassl) Leinart; son Michael Glen Davis; brother Robert Ross Leinart; and nephew Mark Ross Leinart.
