EDWARD G. TAYLOR

OF KINGSLEY DIES

Edward G. Taylor 53, lifelong resident of the rural Kingsley community, died Monday night at Sacred Heart hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Kingsley Congregational church, with burial in Good Hope cemetery near Correctionville.

Surviving are his wife, four, children, five brothers and four sisters.

FUNERAL THURSDAY FOR EDWARD TAYLOR
AT KINGSLEY CHURCH

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday for Edward Grant Taylor, 53, of rural Kingsley at the Kingsley Congregational church. Rev. K. K. Holt will officiate.

Burial will be in Good Hope cemetery near Correctionville under direction of the Dickison-Michaelson funeral home, Kingsley. Graveside rites will be conducted by Kingsley Nash post, American
Legion.

Mr. Taylor died Monday at Sacred Heart hospital. He was born March 27, 1910, at Kingsley, a son of Clarence aid Elizabeth Lancaster Taylor. He farmed north of Kingsley all his adult life, with the exception of three years in the army during World War 2.

Mr. Taylor and Alice Bonita Chase were married Nov. 13, 1944, at Merrill. She survives, as do four children, Roger, Janice, Steven and Nancy, all at home.

Also surviving are five brothers and four sisters, Clifford of Moville, Orren of Branson, Victor and Lloyd of Kingsley, Charles of Sioux City, Mrs. Henry (Maude) Pierce of Verndale, Minn., Mrs. Edward (Nellie) Campbell of Clover Port, Ky., Mrs. William (Pearl) Linden of Odebolt and Alice Taylor of Kingsley.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers George and Harold.

Mr. Taylor was a member of the Congregational church and Nash post 140, American Legion at
Kingsley.
