Died: At Correctionville, Iowa, Nov. 16, 1892, Mrs. Delia Sargent, wife of Joseph Sargent, aged 38 years. Funeral services conducted by Rev. W. R. Smith.

Mrs. Sargent had been sick for several weeks and endured untold suffering, hoping to recover from a disease that was sure to take her life away. For the last three days and nights of her life she was unable to lay in bed and was bolstered up in a chair, where she peacefully died, the last two or three hours of her life being without pain.
