Funeral services for Henry D. Robbins, whose death occurred Sunday morning, May 18, 1952, were held at the Wilson-Hull Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon, May 21, at 2 o'clock.

Although Mr. Robbins, affectionately known as "Heinie" to his many friends, was able to be up and about, he had been in very frail health for the past two years.

The services were conducted by Rev. M.S. Andersen, pastor of the Assembly of God church.

Nephews of the deceased were pallbearers.

Burial was in the family lot in Good Hope Cemetery.

Henry D. Robbins, son of D.H. and Martha Robbins, was born January 19, 1879, on his father's homestead four miles north of Correctionville at the age of 73 he resided on the farm with his parents until their deaths. At that time he moved into the home of his sister, Mrs. S.H. Goodwin, who has given him every thoughtful care through the many years he resided in her home.

In his younger days Mr. Robbins was an expert steam engine man. His main and enjoyable recreation was fishing and hunting. He loved little children and had many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and four brothers.

He is survived by his sister, Mrs. Sam Goodwin of Correctionville and three brothers, Frank of Motley, Minnesota, Paul of Correctionville and Clyde of Daniel, Wyoming, and a large number of nieces and nephews.
