Ernest LeRoy Glover, 48, Lawton, died Friday morning at a Sioux City hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Lawton Community Presbyterian Church. The Rev. R. Carter Blaisdell will officiate. Burial will be in Banner Cemetery at Lawton under direction of the McCulloch Funeral Home of Moville.

Mr. Glover was born March 14, 1921, at Lawton. He was graduated from Lawton High School, and he served six years in the U.S. Navy. On Aug. 7, 1943, he married Annette Whitinger in South Sioux City.

He was current commander of the American Legion Post at Lawton and a member of Trail Lodge, AF&AM at Moville and the Flying Club. He also was a member and a deacon of the Lawton Community Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include the widow; two sons, Timothy Chris of Ames, Iowa, and Alan Lee of Lawton; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Glover of Sioux City; two sisters, Mrs. Venona Schneider of California, and Mrs. Esther Flammang of Lawton; and three brothers, J. R., Richard and John W., all of Lawton, and two grandchildren.
