Ronald C. Husk, 66, of Sioux City died Sunday, April 22, 2001, at a Sioux City hospital following a lengthy illness.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Logan Park Cemetery, with Chaplain Glenn Houts of Hospice of Siouxland officiating. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at Christy-Smith Berkemier Chapel.

Mr. Husk was born March 23, 1935, in Sioux City, the son of Heman and Mary Jane (Stukas) Husk. He graduated from Central High School in 1953.

He married Eunice A. Jessip on Oct 23, 1954, in Sioux City. He was employed with Wilson Trailer as a production worker until retiring in 1995.

He enjoyed woodworking.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Bryan and his wife, Tammi of South Sioux City, Leon, and Rod and his wife, Billi, all of Sioux City; a daughter, Twila Roberts of Sioux City; three brothers, Raymond Husk of Ponca, Carl Husk of Westfield, Iowa, and Heman Husk of Sioux City; a sister, Violet Trout of East Moline, Ill.; six grandchildren, Daniel, Miranda, Matt, Andy, Natacia and Samantha; and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Williard and Henry Husk and Bob Watts; and two infant sisters.
