Dennis Allen Perrin passed away peacefully on Friday, April 29, 2022 in a Sioux City hospital with his mother, brothers, and partner by his side.

Dennis was born in the state of Ohio, near Akron on June 15, 1978 to his father and mother, Frank and Brenda Perrin. He grew up in Pennsylvania and attended elementary through high school there.

If it had a SCREAMING engine he was in LOVE! He could be found at (and participating in) all the local car shows, drag races, and demolition derbies. Many burn out marks can be found all over Western Iowa! Dennis also, loved to take his motocross bikes to Fiddler's Creek, along with his kids, nieces, and nephews.

Dennis used to follow his older brothers around, whether it be working, driving fork lifts, loading tractor trailers, or running all over New York City, working for their father. He always seemed to enjoy activities with his siblings, riding four-wheelers through the woods, riding dirt bikes, or spending the entire weekend participating in and racing with friends and family at the Stroudsburg, PA airport. Nothing got him more excited, though, than his bright red, Ford Mustang. If the color on the Mustang wasn't enough, he loved the matching lights of the local Police cars! The two most important women in his life were his mother and his partner Tammy.

In the last few years of Dennis' life, he found love and was loved back. He has spent the past few years with his partner and best friend Tammy. They were a crazy couple and loved every moment with each other. Together, they led life to the fullest.

Dennis was one in a million. He was the guy people could always count on. Despite his disability and daily struggles, he was the first one to say, "I got you," and would do whatever he had to do, to help his friends and family. He was a carefree spirit making friends wherever he went. He had a fire in him that never stopped him from chasing the adrenaline.

Even though Dennis was in a wheelchair for the majority of his adult life, nothing seemed to slow him down. He had the drive to work that is unmatched by today's youth. Anyone that knew Dennis, knew that wheelchair people, were "his people." He never let being in a chair slow him down, as he continued to always try to support his family and himself through work. Dennis truly had a mechanical mind and he relied on his good friends to be his hands to get the work done. Dennis led them all the way. If you knew Dennis, his friends were considered as good as (or better) than family.

Dennis is survived by his three children, Dustin Jeffrey, Althea "Allie" Marie, and Dennis Allen Perrin, Jr. “DJ”, whom he loved very much. He leaves behind his partner and best friend, Tammy Farrell. He also enjoyed spending time with Tammy's children, Tanner, Toby, Jessica and Ashton and granddaughter, Kennedy. He also is survived by his mother, Brenda Perrin of Ireton, his brothers Frank (Tina) Perrin of Sgt. Bluff, Richard Perrin (and special friend Angie) of Sioux City, and Ben (Jen) Perrin of Milford, PA; and a step-sister, Christine Perrin. He also had several nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.

Dennis was preceded in death by his father, Frank Perrin; his older step-brother, Big Frankie; grandparents, and a few good friends.

If you plan to attend the funeral, the family asks that you to wear your favorite football team gear or New York Giants apparel (just be comfy). Please come and share your stories with us.

You're going to be missed, Dennis. We love you.
