9 February 1922The funeral of S. S. Taylor, a pioneer resident of this section, was held at the Christian church on Monday, afternoon. Burial was made in the Pierson cemetery. At death Mr. Taylor had attained the age of eighty- four years. The deceased was the father of Charles Taylor of Waukomis, Okla. who formerly, lived at Correctionville.
