Funeral services for Mrs. Jake Sproul, 83, Correctionville, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Wilson-Hull Funeral Home in Correctionville. The Rev. C. W. Kerns will officiate. Burial will be in Pierson Cemetery.

Mrs. Sproul died Tuesday at a Correctionville nursing home, after a brief illness. The former Myrtle Short, she was born Jan. 13, 1885 and went to Correctionville after her marriage to Mr. Sproul.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Bess Decker of Kinsley.
