Funeral services for Mrs. Katie Stearns, 68, who died Sunday at the home of a sister at Pierson, will be at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday at the Church of the Nazarene at Pierson. Rev. William Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery under direction of the Wilson-Hull Funeral home of Correctionville.

Mrs. Stearns was born November 10, 1838 near Stockton, Ill. She went to Pierson with her parents in 1909 and resided there since.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Finn Florke of Pierson and a brother, William of Hurley, Wis.
