Frank L. Chase, 510 Perry Street, a resident of Sioux City eight years, died Saturday in a Sioux City hospital following a sickness of several weeks.

Survivors include his widow, Eleanor; a son, Maurice; a daughter, Lorraine, all of Sioux City, and a brother, Ray Chase, of Sioux Falls, S. D. The body is at Westcott's funeral home pending completion of funeral arrangements.
