6 December 1972Miss Lillie Bohle, 88, Pierson, died Monday at the Cherokee (Iowa) Care Center after a brief illness.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Rock Branch United Methodist Church. The Rev. Donald Harbour will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of the Dickison-Michaelson Funeral Home of Kingsley, Iowa.
Miss Bohle was born July 9, 1884, at Rock Branch in Woodbury County. She had been a resident of Pierson since 1917.
She was a 50-year member of the Order of Eastern Star and the Rebekah Lodge, both at Pierson.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. O. W. (Pearl) Troll of Pierson.
