Henry Blaue, 15-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Blaue who is employed at the farm of Elmer Brune north of town, passed away Wednesday and the funeral will no doubt be held Thursday afternoon. Deceased's parents came to this country from Germany last winter on the request of the Hinkhouse family, and it is with deep sorrow that their friends are called upon to see them mourn their loved one. The boy had been sick for several months but took a sudden turn for the worse and a bad case of diabetes developed, death being the result.

Gustave Blaue, aged 14 years, died Tuesday of last week at the home of his uncle, William Althaus, who resides in Grand Meadow. The young man had been making his home with his uncle since last spring when he came from Germany. Funeral services were held Thursday from the Lutheran Church and interment was made in the Rock Branch Cemetery.
