CLARENCE PAUL KELSEY

HORNICK, la. Special: Funeral services for Clarence Paul Kelsey, 56, well known Hornick businessman who died unexpectedly Friday of a heart attack, will be held at 2 p. m. Monday at the Hornick Methodist church, Burial will be in the Holly Springs cemetery.

Mr. Kelsey had resided in the Hornick community most of his life. He was born November 17, 1897, near Holly Springs. He had operated a barbering establishment here nearly 34 years.

On May 14, 1923, Mr. Kelsey married Myrtle Cose of Deloit, la.

He had been a member of the Odd Fellows lodge for many years.

Survivors Include the widow; a son, Donald, Sioux City music instructor; three sisters, Mrs. Eunice Ferguson, Mrs. Lucy Becker and Mrs. Ruth Arnold, all of Hornick; and two brothers, Walter of San Diego, Cal, and Everett of Aitkin, Minn. Two other sons, Charles and Keith, are deceased.

Hilts funeral home of Sloan is directing arrangements.
