G. R. Schenk, 60, of Nelson, Neb, died Thursday in Superior, Wis., following a two-day illness. He was a brother of W. C. Schenk of Sioux City.

Also surviving are several other Sioux Cityans including his mother, Mrs. Louise Schenk; and two sisters, Mrs. W G. Moore and Mrs. E. E. Rasmussen.

Surviving also is a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Hackett of Berkeley, Cal.
