Judith Kaye Lucart

Sioux City -- Judith Kaye Lucart, 80, of Sioux City passed away Monday, Jan. 11, 2021, at a local nursing home.

A memorial mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Online condolences may be made to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Judith was born on Oct. 7, 1940, in Sioux City to Paul and Nellie (McClain) Warner. She graduated from Central High School. On Oct. 3, 1959 she was united in marriage to Floyd “Mick” Lucart in Sioux City. Together they camped and traveled on motorcycle around the United States, visiting 44 different states. Judith worked at Zenith for 10 years and American Popcorn for 23 years before retiring. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening and her weekly coffee meetings with her friends.

She is survived by her husband Floyd “Mick” Lucart of Sioux City; daughters: Robin Lucart of Sioux City, and Ronda (Mike) Hindman of Ankeny, Iowa; grandchildren Nick (Jen) Lucart, Courtney (Levi) Liester, Jeremy Hindman, and Chloe (Brian) Peterson; great-grandchildren Aiden, Asher, Millie Jean, and Arlo; sister, Virginia Pieslack of Lowell, Mass.; and brother, Butch (Rose) Warner, Sioux City.

She is preceded in death by her parents; four sisters; and a brother.
