William L. Grous, 74, Hornick, died Sunday at the Veterans Hospital in Omaha after an illness of several weeks.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Willow Township Cemetery, Holly Springs. Everett Epperson, minister of the First Christian Church of Onawa, will officiate. Burial will be under direction of the Pearson Funeral Home of Onawa.

Mr. Grous was born April 24, 1894, at Hornick. He was a former employe of the Hornick Co operative Elevator. He was a veteran of World War I.

Survivors include two brothers, Charles of Inglewood, Calif., and Louis of Easton, Minn.; and three sisters, Mrs. C. W. Allen and Mrs. Helen Scherer, both of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Dean Coffman of Blencoe, Iowa.
