Sioux City -- Ruth M. Phillips, 87, having been born on Jan. 20, 1934, of Sioux City went to be with her heavenly Father on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Robin (Edward) Schmidt; granddaughter, Stephanie Schmidt; and great-grandson, Mark Schmidt.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Nick and Florence Reiter; sister, Marjorie Munsch; husband Wayne Phillips; son, Mark Phillips; granddaughter, Shana Schmidt; and great-granddaughter, Faith Schmidt.
