Mrs. Nancy Dills, 87

Succumbs at Hornick

Mrs. Nancy Dills, 87, died here Thursday at the home of a sister, Mrs. Lillie Madden, after an illness of several months.

Mrs. Dills was born January 3, 1862, at Malvern, la. When a girl she moved to Whiting and later came to Hornick.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. George Fay of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a brother, Henry Boyd of Hornick; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Wendell of Sioux City, and Mrs. Madden; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday at the Hornick Methodist church. Rev. Mr. Lane will officiate in Holly Springs cemetery.

The body was taken to the Wood funeral home at Whiting, Iowa.
