Elizabeth G. Budden

Elizabeth G. Budden, 82, of Sioux City died Wednesday Dec. 18, 1996, at her home.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. Robert Schimmer officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. today, with the family present from 4 to 9 p.m. and a parish vigil service at 7:30 p.m. at the Larkin Northside Funeral Home.

Mrs. Budden was born April 12, 1914, in Sioux City, to William and Margaret (Connelly) Tracy. She graduated from East High School in 1932. She was a lifelong resident of Sioux City, and worked for Wigwam Co. She married Clarence J. Budden on Aug. 3, 1946, in Sioux City. He died Sept. 10, 1971, in Sioux City.

She was a member of St. Joseph Church and the Church Guild. She had also worked on the campaign to build Bishop Heelan Catholic High School.

Survivors include one son and his wife, James and Patricia of Hinton, Iowa; one daughter and her husband, Mary Jo and Daniel Kvidera of Sioux City; six grandchildren, Brian, Angela, Nicholas, and Elizabeth Budden, and Jared and Robyn Kvidera; one brother, William F. Tracy of Oklahoma City, Okla.

Pallbearers include Brian and Nicholas Budden, Jared Kvidera, Kelly Bonowski, Craig Fejfar, and Martin Gubbels.
