Patricia L. Holbrook, 77, of Sioux City, passed away Monday, Dec. 21, 2020, at local hospital.

Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Visitation with the family present will be one hour prior to the service. In lieu of a luncheon at this time, an additional celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2021. Online condolences can be expressed at www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Patricia was born Jan. 8, 1943, in Sioux City, the daughter of William H. Buckingham, Thelma V. (Barker) and Raymond A. Bolt. While Patricia's children were young, she stayed home to care for them.

After school age, she began working at the Center for Siouxland as a receptionist for many years until retiring.

Patricia enjoyed reading, putting together puzzles, listening to music, spending time with family, attending the grandkids sporting events and activities, and most of all she loved to travel.

Those left to honor her memory are her children, Raymond Holbrook of Sioux City, Michael Holbrook of Sioux City, and Raina Holbrook of Fridley, Minn.; seven grandchildren, Channing (Becky) Holbrook, Gunner (Jessica) Holbrook, Ashli (Todd) Clark, Mercedes (David) Ibarra, Jordyn (Ulises) Bauman, Austin Walker and Tyler Walker; five great-grandchildren, Spencer, Logan, Tanner, Drew and Kaylena; special cousin, Thelma Wolf; and many other special cousins.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather; and special cousin, Bill Lair.
