GLADYS L. SMITH
Gladys L. Smith, 83, Matney Morningside Manor, died Monday at a Sioux City hospital after a long illness.

Services are 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home. The Rev. A. Washington, interim pastor of the Mayflower Congregational Church will officiate. Visitation is 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery.

Gladys L. Woodworth was born May 18, 1904, in Decatur, Iowa. She came to Sioux City as a young lady. She married Frank Smith Sept. 3, 1927. He died in 1960 in Sioux City.

Mrs. Smith worked for JC Penney for 36 years.
