SIOUX CITY - Anna Mary "Dolly Ann" Mallory, 68, of Sioux City died Monday, July 13, 2009, at Country Senior Living Nursing Home in Sioux City following a brief illness.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at the Reformed Church in Winnebago, Neb. Burial will be in Winnebago Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service today at the HoChunk Center in Winnebago. Arrangements are under the direction of the Winnebago Wake and Burial Program.

Dolly Ann was born Jan. 12, 1941, in Winnebago. She was raised in Winnebago and later made her home in Sioux City. She married Eugene Blair on May 5, 1980, in Elk Point, S.D. He preceded her in death. She was a lifelong homemaker.

She was a lifelong member of the Winnebago Reformed Church.

Survivors include a brother, Dave Sheridan and his wife, Gloria of Winnebago; a sister, Alice Wesley of Kansas City, Mo.; two sons, Wayne Baker Jr. of Sioux City and Troy Baker of Iowa City, Iowa; two daughters, Linda Karty of Lawton, Okla., and Barbara Baker of Beatrice, Neb. ; nine grandchildren; a greatgrandchild; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bob Mallory; her mother, Ramona Chief; brothers, John and Joseph Sheridan; and maternal grandparents, John and Henrietta Chief.

Pallbearers will be Rod Blain, Carl Patton, Robert Loera, Francisco Loera III, Walter McCauley, Robert McCauley, Chad Rave and Pernell Blackfish.

Honorary pallbearers will be Patricia Eagle, Bev Snow, Karen Wolf, Rosalie Thomas and Michaelene DeCora.
