Janice (Butler) Lacy

SIOUX CITY - Janice A. (Butler) Lacy, 49, a Sioux City native, passed away June 14, 2009, in Denver, Colo., after a brief illness.

Services and burial were June 18 in Denver.

Janice was born Dec. 19, 1959, in Sioux City, the daughter of Jerry and Jeanne Butler. She graduated from West High School and Western Iowa Tech Community College with a degree in computer science. She worked for many years as a system analyst.

Survivors include her husband, Matthew; daughters, Melanie and Molly Streff ; her parents; a sister, Barbara (Terry) Bennett; brothers, David and James (Joni) Butler; a niece, Bonnie Butler; and three nephews, Matthew and Chris Bennett and Jacob Butler.
