A badly decomposed body that has been nearly positively identified as that of W. J. Eichelberg, the Sioux City contractor who disappeared from his home August 20th, and was last seen September 1st, Sunday afternoon was found in shallow water on the bank of the Missouri river about four miles below Dakota City, Neb. He had committed suicide.
