Correctionville, Iowa- Angeline M. Knaack, 90, of Correctionville, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2005 at the Correctionville Nursing and Rehab Centers. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Grace United Methodist Church in Correctionville, with the Rev. Sheryl K. Ashley officiating. Burial will be in the Fairfield Cemetery, Correctionville. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Correctionville.

Angeline was born March 25, 1915 to Fred and Catherine (Dugan) Meister, at Kingsley, Iowa. She graduated from Kingsley High School and then attended Western Union College of LeMars, Iowa. She taught country school in Plymouth County.

She married Clarence Knaack on May 21, 1940 in Kingsley. The couple farmed near Pierson for several years before moving to the Rock Branch area where they farmed until they retired and moved into Correctionville.

Angeline and Clarence enjoyed farming and traveling. She also enjoyed her gardening.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Nora Knaack, Correctionville; nieces and nephews, Gaylen and Cheryl Knaack, Correctionville, Scott and Twila Kuklin, Semi Valley, California; dan and Nancy Hamil, Omaha; Lynn and Lori Hamil, Remsen, Iowa and Wade and June Hamil, Merrill, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; a sister and brother-in-law, Verle and Fern Hamil and a brother-in-law, Melvin Knaack.
