Mrs. Lee Watterson, 46, a native Sioux Cityan, was dead on arrival Monday morning at a Sioux City hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack at her home.
Mrs. Watterson, the former June D. Carlson, was born June 19, 1925, in Sioux City. She was married Dec. 12, 1941, at South Sioux City. She was a member of the Westlawn Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include the widower; four sons, Howard in California, Dennis, Randy and Tony, all at home; a daughter, Connie at home; two brothers, Douglas of Sioux City, and Edward of El Paso, Tex.; a sister, Mrs. Phyllis Hanson of Sioux City, and two grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Nelson Berger Northside Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lee Watterson will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Nelson-Berger Northside Funeral Home.
The Rev. Willard Galloway of Westlawn Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Elvin “Bus” Lee, Walter Miller, Fred Shkerich, Paul Bauman, John Bateman and Ray Stewart.
