Ellen Marie Crabb, 94, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, formerly of Sioux City, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2002, at Western Home Communities in Cedar Falls.

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Third Presbyterian Church in Sioux City. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at Christy-Smith Morningside Chapel.

Ellen Marie was born July 9, 1908, in Sioux City, the daughter of Louis and Marendine (Kirkegard) Larsen.

She married Dallas Crabb on Jan. 14, 1934, in Yankton, S.D. He died in May 1970. Ellen was secretary manager for the National Association of Credit Men for 53 years, retiring in 1979.

Ellen was a member of the Bethany class at Third Presbyterian Church, a former member and past president of the Soroptomist Club, a former member of the Quota Club, a member of Girls of 68, Sioux City Garden Club and a lifetime member and office manager of the Siouxland Senior Center.

Survivors include a son, John and his wife, Joanne Crabb of Cedar Falls; two grandsons, Aaron and Isaiah Crabb; and a great-grandson, Matthew John Crabb.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Larsen; and a sister, Esther Blair.

Memorials may be given to Third Presbyterian Church.
