Mayme E. Fulton, 81, of Sioux City died Sunday, April 20, 1997, at her residence.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Seventh Day Adventist Church, with the Rev. Richard Rechichar officiating. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today, with the family present from 7 to 9 p.m. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.

Mrs. Fulton was born June 4, 1915 in Sioux City, the daughter of William and Maude E. (Perry) Fields. She graduated from Central High School in 1933.

She married Floyd L. Fulton on November 5, 1934, in Sioux City. He died April 5, 1991, in Sioux City.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Fulton was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, where she was the church pianist, and a volunteer at the A.I.D. Center.

Survivors include three sons, Richard of Sioux City, Otho and his wife, Cornelia, of San Jose, California and Larry and his wife, Louise of Yuba City, California; three daughters and their husbands, Marlyne and Joseph Robinson of Havelock, North Carolina, Patricia and Bruce VanSkyock of Portland, Indiana and Kathy and William Lovsmith of Sioux City; a sister and her husband, Maude and Al Combs of Aurora, Colorado; 36 grandchildren, Angie Howard, Tammy Snowden, Jill Riddle, Robbie, Christopher, Troy, Carla, Tonya and Mark Robinson, Renelle Arndt, Tod, Randy, Tracy, Trent, Robin and Rachelle Garr, Larissa Torrence, Krystian Carpenter, Jennifer, Tony, Kraig, Clint, Eric, Tim, Terry, Jared, Jana, Danika and Brett Fulton, Brent, Dalton and Amber VanSkyock, Morgan, Taylor, Logan and Madison Lovsmith and 40 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, David; two daughters, Beverly Fulton and Alice Garr; three brothers and two sisters.

Pallbearers will be Tony and Kraig Fulton, Tod and Randy Garr and Jimmy and Danny Fields.
