Loma M. Clements, 80, of Sioux City died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2005, in Sioux City.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Richard Diamond officiating. Burial will be in East View Cemetery, Allen, Neb. Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.

Loma was born May 6, 1924, in Ponca, Neb., to Glen and Maude (Jeffrey) Comstock. She had been a resident of Sioux City for the past 45 years. She was employed with NuWay Drug. In her younger years, she worked for Douglas Aircraft during World War II.

She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in South Sioux City.

Survivors include two children, Joyce Tierno of LaVerne, Calif., and Bill Clements of Mission, S.D.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Melvin, Marvin, Ray and Fay.
