Note: According to his mother's obituary he at one time lived in Sioux City, Iowa. His parents were James and Margaret Mockler of Kingsley, Iowa. His mother's maiden name was McGinnis.

MOCKLER, WILLIAM F.

Mr. Mockler passed away Friday morning, August 27, 1971, in St. Mary’s Hospital at the age of 84 years.

He was born in Botna, Iowa on January 15, 1887. He was a member of St. Edward’s Catholic Church and is survived by his wife, Sophia M. Mockler, a daughter and son-in-law, Marcella and Gordon Tollaksen of Racine; four grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Earl (Pearl) Rice of Davenport, Iowa; and one brother, James Mockler of California; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held this (Monday) morning at 10 a.m. August 30, 1971, in St. Edward’s Church with burial in Calivary Cemetery. Father Hart officiated. WILSON FUNERAL HOME
