Daniel "Danny" Ray Hewitt, 59, of Sioux City, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 25 2018.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Morningside Lutheran Church, 700 S. Martha St., with the Rev. Tom officiating.
Danny was born on Nov. 19, 1958, the son of Herbert "Mike" and Madaline (Crumwell) Hewitt.
Danial had a daughter, Angie Marie (Mapes) Reisdorph, with Terry Lynn Johnson.
He loved watching wrestling, Subway and helping them out there, going for walks and dancing in the rain. Most importantly he loved his family.
Daniel is survived by his daughter, Angie and her husband, Josh; a grandson, Shawn-Michael; his sister, Wilma Mapes; his brothers, Roy, Louis, and George Hewitt; many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Walter Hewitt; and his sisters, Bessie Coop, Volia Church, and Judy Carmen.
