Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Congregational church at Oto for Hal c. Howard, 76, farmer near Oto who died unexpectedly Friday at his home. Rev. John Rogers will officiate.

Burial will be in Memorial park cemetery at Sioux City with the Hudgel funeral home of Anthon in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Howard was born March 14, 1879, at Logan, Ia.

Survivors are the widow, Pearl; a daughter, Mrs. George McNear of Oto and seven grandchildren.
