Anton Paulsen Rites Today

Anton Paulsen, 72, a Bronson area farmer since 1923, died unexpectedly Monday night at his farm home following a heart attack.

Mr. Paulsen was born October 5, 1885, at Danbury. He farmed near Anthon and Lawton before moving to Bronson. He married Anna Shuldt February 2, 1911.

Survivors include the widow; three daughters, Mrs. Howard Hathaway of Kingsley, Mrs. Frank Ashley of Correctionville and Mrs. Emery Riemenschneider of Pierson; two brothers, Paul and Pete, both of Sioux City, Mrs. Anna Brown of Mapleton, Mrs. George Schuh of Los Angeles and Mrs. Orval Sweeney of Sioux City and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Bronson Community Presbyterian Church. Rev. Walter Smith will officiate. Burial will be at Graceland Park Cemetery under the direction of the W. Harry Christy funeral home in Morningside.
