J.W. Obenchain Is Dead
Has Been a Resident of Sioux City For Twenty-Eight Years

J.W. Obenchain Died 1920

J.W. Obenchain, 80 years old, a resident of Sioux City for twenty-eight years, died at his home, 9 Thirteenth Street, of paralysis and complications of diseases yesterday morning.

Mr. Obenchain was a veteran of the civil War. He has not been actively engaged in business since his arrival in Sioux City, twenty-eight years ago.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Alvina Obenchain.

The funeral will be held at the Samuel undertaking parlors Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock. The burial will take place in Floyd Cemetery.
