Berneice A. Carlson 1925 – 2003

Berneice A. Carlson, 77, passed away on May 29, 2003.

A prayer service was held on Friday, May 30, 2003, at John A. Gentleman Mortuary in Omaha. The funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31, 2003, at Pius X Church in Omaha. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.

Berneice was born June 6, 1925, the daughter of Leo and Elizabeth (Reimer) Collins. She graduated from St. Patrick’s Academy in Danbury. She married John Carlson in Omaha.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include two sons, Michael and his wife, Susan Carlson and Pat Carlson all of Omaha; three grandchildren, Matt, Maureen and Sara Carlson; two brothers, Wayne and his wife, Ernestine Collins of Sioux City and Jim and his wife, DeVilda Collins of Danbury and numerous nieces and nephews.

Berneice was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Elizabeth; her husband, John and her sister, Delores Stanton.

Memorials may be sent to St. Pius X School in Omaha.
