Michael "Mike" Ray Robinson, 63, of Hornick, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018, a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Rush Family Care Service in Onawa, Iowa, with the Rev. Catie Newman officiating. Burial will be in Willow Township Cemetery, Holly Springs, Iowa. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Condolences may be left online for the family at www.rushfamilycareservice.com.

Michael "Mike" Ray Robinson was born on July 9, 1954, in Cherokee, Iowa, the son of Lloyd R. and Lucille (Korleski) Robinson. Mike attended Meriden and Cleghorn (Iowa) High School. He drove truck for Fredrickson Grain in Meriden, Iowa. He managed Bailey Trucking from 1990 to 1992. Mike was a mechanic at K and B Transportation in South Sioux City from 1992 until present.

Mike enjoyed fishing, working on semi trucks, and overhauling tractors.

Survivors include his son, Seth (Jordan) Robinson of Mapleton, Iowa; daughter, Lyndi Robinson Wakefield of Raleigh, N.C.; and three brothers, Gary (Kris) Robinson of Meriden, Marvin (Caryl) Robinson of Cleghorn, and Rick Robinson of Doraville, Ga.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Lucille (Korleski) Robinson; and his sister, Mary Theresa Proctor.
