14 June 1998Louis J. Schweiberger, Jr., 70, of Bloomingfield, Minnesota, formerly of Sioux City died unexpectedly Wednesday June 10, 1998, while on vacation.
Memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Bloomington. Catholic services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Calvary Cemetery, in Sioux City. Cremation Society of Minnesota at Edina, Minnesota is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Schwieberger was born December 17, 1927, in Sioux City, the son of Louis and Maybelle (Noel) Schweiberger. He was retired from the U.S. Air Forces.
Survivors include a sister and her husband, Janice and Dick Schneider of Bloomington, and four nephews, Stephen and Brian Stenum, and Dick, Jr. and Dan Schneider.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Eleanor A. Gibson and an infant brother, Noel Francis Schweiberger.
